These tools are intended for authorized internal business use by David Morgan and Associates, Inc. They are not offered as a public software product or public service.

Purpose

The tools may be used for bookkeeping, billing, invoice preparation, payment reconciliation, accounting review, campaign finance support, reporting, and related administrative work.

Authorized Access

Only authorized users may access or operate these tools. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for using the tools only for lawful and approved business purposes.

QuickBooks and Third-Party Services

Where these tools connect to QuickBooks Online or other third-party services, access is subject to authorization by the account owner and the applicable terms of the third-party service provider.

No Public License

No public license is granted. David Morgan and Associates, Inc. may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to its internal tools at any time.

No Warranty

These internal tools are provided for administrative assistance. David Morgan and Associates, Inc. makes no warranty that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying accounting, billing, compliance, and reporting outputs.

Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with applicable accounting, tax, campaign finance, privacy, and other legal or regulatory requirements.
